Totally Cooked  "18' Pop Up Grilling Wagon" is loaded and ready to go with hickory wood and hot coals to stimulate the senses. Barbeque Menu Suggestions Totally Cooked BBQ Company is a fully insured customized offsite Barbeque specialty division of Totally Cooked, Inc. “Chef Tumbleweed” and his “Ranch Hands” pride themselves on their dedication to the highest quality of food, service, presentation and client care. Our BBQ Roundup Team is flexible and able to accommodate the planning of your entire offsite Barbeque event. The Totally Cooked BBQ Entrée Packages include the selection of 2 sides, 1 dessert, and 1 beverage selection. We provide all high quality plastic disposable ware, ice service and professional set-up of the Barbeque Buffet area. These Package Prices are reserved for a 100 person minimum count.

Our Totally Cooked BBQ Company Event Coordinators will handle all the specific details of your special event. We will assist you in menu planning, design the layout, detail your special needs from the rentals of tents to table décor and can provide our professional Chefs, servers, porters, bartenders at an additional fee. The Totally Cooked BBQ Company uniquely features an interactive cooking stage available for rental to enhance your event. The 20 foot customized “Chuck Wagon” is loaded with grills, preparation areas, sink and fully canopied. This arena allows your guests to enjoy the live action of “The Thrill of the Grill”. Our goal at the Totally Cooked BBQ Company is to provide creative cuisine, quality service, reliability and the thrill of the grill!
