What are Breads of Imagination?
In our never-ending
expansion of new catering availabilities, we have added artisan breads and pastries
to our mix of available products. In our tradition of breaking bread for our clients,
2007 brought the addition of Frank Batch, our Totally Cooked “Artisan Baker”.
With his inspiration
we have dedicated a line of Focaccia Bread to Dante’s Grandparents Carmella and
Michael D’Avello. Inspiration in dedicating this Focaccia line to Grandma” D’Avello
was her unwavering ability to share love and a passion for full bellies.
The Focaccia Dough
is potato based, using only the finest wheat, olive oils, herbs and chef inspired
flavors from around the world created with love and exceptional care. Please enjoy
responsibly, with every meal with all of your friends and family. Use these breads
of imagination as a tool to build the highest of sandwiches, croutons for your creative
salads, or cut simply for dipping in you favorite oils.
