Totally Cooked Catering is a unique and established leader in the Northeast Ohio on-site Catering Arena. With over 9 years of dedication and experience, we are poised to handle a wide spectrum of events as small as dinner for two and as large as 1,500 person buffet line. We welcome your entertaining challenges and look forward to making your experience most memorable.

Over the years our company has continued to grow and expand. With the ever-changing dynamics of Family and Business we have strived to better understand our clients’ needs. In order to accommodate each individual request, we have established not one, but four categories of service in order to handle each unique catering need. Please contact our office to meet one of our Event Coordinators; they will be happy to assist you in finding the best option to fit your needs.

• Full Service Catered Events - This is our fully coordinated option that leaves you free to be a guest at your own event. We prefer that you meet directly at our offices with one of our event coordinators, but can certainly discuss by phone. After getting to know you and your tastes we will establish your menu plan, and then determine the proper amount of service staff and service equipment needed to best serve your event. Whether you have a Sit-Down Plated Meal or a Beautifully Laid Out Buffet Line we will properly determine all necessary needs and handle the details to make your event truly special.

• Catered Orders “Delivery and Set Up” – This option has server involvement with the delivery of your meal and equipment set up. We take all the pressure off you and handle the details of this small elegant setting. Our trained staff will greet you at the door then proceed to handle all the behind the scene details from Food Display, to Chafer Set Up, and that all important Coffee Station. Once completed they will depart and return the following day to retrieve all equipment.

 

• Catered Orders “Drop-n-Go” – This option is designed allow you to maintain the “Hands on Approach”. Totally Cooked does all the cooking, then we greet you at the door and you take charge. We will have you meal ready to eat on disposable service ware. Enjoy!

 

• Totally Cooked “Market to Go” - This unique option is for the group of 9 persons or less and offers an “Exciting” new menu each week. Sign up in our registry and receive each week’s menu by E-Mail. Were open for retail business Monday through Friday from 7:00am thru 7:00pm and Saturday 10:00am thru 4:00pm. We offer Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner for the Family on the go or the small, intimate Business Lunch. The Market was designed for events with short lead-time and customer pick up. Stop in and enjoy the possibilities of this exciting on-site market. Yes, we can deliver if needed, please call to arrange your market order as a “Drop-n-Go”.
