Executive Chef Michael Masseria
As the executive chef of Totally Cooked Catering for the past seven years, I have seen this seedling of a company grow into quite an expansive business. We are a vibrant and energetic group whose ideas branch out sometimes further than we know. As executive chef, my major focus is the food and how it tastes and is presented to all of our wonderful clients. Along with the TCC event coordinators, I meet with clients to plan and help execute the events of their dreams, establish one of a kind menus and even take part in setting the atmosphere for which our cuisine will be eaten.
So from what do I owe this well of knowledge and insight you might ask? I was raised on food and entertainment. Every Sunday my home was a revolving door of hungry people. From my humble beginnings in the basement of my childhood home where I had place settings, chairs and tables for eighty people to my education at The Pennsylvania Institute of Culinary Arts, food and humor have enriched my life. My experience includes Catalano’s Catering and Mavis Winkle’s. At Totally Cooked, I have learned much and it is my pleasure to place my name next to Totally Cooked Catering’s.

Missy Salmon
As manager of the Totally Cooked To-Go Market & Bakery, I oversee our To-Go team; plan the weekly menus and specials including our famous Friday BBQ Lunch and $5 Wednesdays. I contribute to our full-service bakery and prepare the Breads of Imagination and calzones that we feature at the area farmers markets. One of my favorite ways to reach our To-Go customers is with updates on Facebook!
My food service experience began at a local restaurant 12 years ago. I began training in the pantry station, moving on to conquer the fry, sauté and grill stations as well. I eventually found my niche and continued my education in pastry arts. For many years I baked fresh breads and created dessert displays for over 1000 people a week.
For the past 27 years I have been involved in special events and weddings in many aspects. I have worked as a certified seamstress, florist, staging decorator and caterer! My outside hobbies and interests include traveling, sewing, decorating, gardening and spending time on our motorcycle.

Audrey Wallace
Audrey has been with Totally Cooked Catering for 8 years, and is in charge of event management of office parties. From the mundane to the bizarre, I have seen it all! Carolyn Clappas
I was born and raised in northeast Ohio and have lived here all of my life. My kitchen training goes all the way back to when I was 15. The first commercial kitchen that I worked in was at White Oaks in Westlake, ohio. I stayed there for several years and then moved on to the hair replacement industry. Taking a break from the kitchen only lasted so long , and it was time to go back. I moved down to Jackson Township and trained with Julie Pryce at 91 Woodfired Oven. I really enjoyed my time there and I learned a lot from Julie.
I finally made my way to Totally Cooked about 6 years ago. I am now the inventory manager and also a chef. It has been a fun learning experience working at a company that has grown so much since I started. Outside of work I really enjoy cooking, hiking,camping, and spending time with my family and friends. I love cooking for everyone and enjoying a night around the fire. I am also an artist who specializes in jewelry making and any other fun project I come up with. It is safe to say that I try to enjoy life to its fullest whenever possible!
