Hello Dante, Totally Cooked Catering under-promised and over-delivered for our biggest member event of the year, Thursday November 8th. The service was superb; food was hot and flavorable, and plates were cleared promptly, essential fundamentals of the culinary experience, but all to often forgotten. I was especially impressed with Jen; she made me feel confident the evening was going to be successful. Totally Cooked Catering was the diner in “dinner with Davis Dye”, pressure was on – you delivered. Thanks to your entire staff.
